Providing our customers with products and services of the highest quality has always been at the heart of our company philosophy. This commitment enabled us, in 2016, to obtain EN 1090 certification, allowing us to place CE marked steel semi-finished products on the market.
With this in mind, the investment made in 2023 is perfectly aligned with our growth path: a new “Industry 4.0” dual-torch plasma cutting system, equipped with 400-amp generators and a working area of 4.5 metres x 26 metres.
One of the two torches is equipped for bevel cutting and allows automatic chamfered longitudinal and transverse cuts with V, X, Y and K profiles, with programmable angles up to 45° and on thicknesses up to 50 mm.
This new system will bring significant advantages in terms of shorter lead times, greater production efficiency, and increased precision and quality in the semi-finished products supplied to our customers.
