Providing our customers with the highest quality products and services has always been our business philosophy, which enabled us in 2016 to obtain EN 1090 certification that allows us to place CE-marked semi-finished steel products on the market.
This is where the investment made in 2023 comes in: the new “Industry 4.0” dual plasma flashlight cutting machine, equipped with 400-amp generators and a working range of 4.5 meters x 26 meters.
One of the two flashlights is bevel and allows for automatic V-X-Y and K bevels both longitudinal and transverse with programmable angle up to 45°, up to 50 mm thickness.
This new plant will bring significant benefits in terms of speed in job lead times and consequently greater production efficiency and higher accuracy and quality of the semi-finished products supplied to the customer.
